Batteries are removable (in case the airlines crack down, you can just run it off USB in flight and buy batteries when you land) and replaceable.

If being recreationally homeless sounds fun, a couple 100W solar panels (~$120), a 12V 100A LiFePo4 battery (~$200), a solar charge controller and a way to turn 12V into USB-PD ($10 each) will get you through most days of laptop, phone, or battery bank charging. Can even operate a soldering iron. 😅
Solar 101: a typical cheap panel outputs 0-20V @ whatever amperes it's rated at. This 100W might do 15V 6A in ideal conditions, but exact values for both volts and amps will change constantly. The board above will fix the voltage at say 20V, but it's still at the mercy of ever changing amps.

Solar and batteries have come way down in price and gotten really good. Like I have 14kwh of lifepo4 batteries for my RV and it cost under 2 grand. That is cheaper than lead acid would have been and with like 4x the lifespan.
