LOL. Not my doctor telling me that I should cut down on red meat like rump steaks, lamb, biltong, droëwors. My guy, I basically live on lean beef mince and tuna. I can't afford those things you mention. The animal product I consume most is full cream milk, and I'm not giving that up.

Have been thinking of making my own for a while. Silverside beef. Someone I used to work with made some but he over salted it. I think there's a balance to get it right. Also had droewors that was so hard and dry, I chipped a tooth on it. Tooth fixed now.
