#Dodik’s
High ranking, simultaneous meetings by Bosnian officials in Washington, Ankara, and Munich. This modicum of urgency much needed after secessionist Dodik’s undoubted triumph in DC. Now critical that BiH leaders synchronize asks of US, EU, UK, notwithstanding their domestic disputes.

I am aware of the Washington Times piece, written by its Deputy Editor, on the basis of secessionist Dodik’s talking points during his DC trip, advocating for the RS entity’s independence on a fill of lies, half-truths, and omissions. An obviously paid-for disinformation text.

Dodik's secessionist SNSD is claiming victory, and early unofficial counts support their claim. Yet election monitors claim similar degree of election fraud took place as in Nov 2025, which forced this re-run in the first place. Is a second re-run on the cards? We'll see.
The 136 polls in which these RS entity elxns are being org represent cc. 6% of the outstanding vote. Based on the eligible Nov 2025 results, opposition candidate Blanusa leads Dodik's man Karan by 1.42%.

Every vote will count. And if Dodik has his way, some will be counted twice or thrice.

Snap presidential elections in Republika Srpska on Sunday came a day after elections in the Serb-majority entity within Bosnia-Herzegovina followed the usual script, with everyone claiming victory and no one admitting defeat. Sinisa Karan, a candidate backed by the Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), the ruling coalition of ousted President Milorad Dodik, emerged victorious, with his supporters applauding his victory. However, the opposition has rejected the results and accused the SNSD of committing what it says is another case of electoral fraud, claiming it happens in every election in the entity.
