Well, I've never seen one useful use case myself, but if some says it has useful use cases, who am I to refute that. The fact is, *majority* of people uses it for trivial/hobby stuff.
It shouldn't have been a reason to make the datacenters it needs now, the hobbies should have been locally hosted.
