Anecdotally, this is accurate for most of Canada. Separatists in Alberta are the exception. It's dangerous to threaten the Canadian way of life. Canadians aren't known for protests; perhaps this is changing.

To me, letting a single ICE agent free is too dangerous. Legislation should be passed by Congress that allows states to detain any and all federal agents living in the states suspected of violating the Constitution while investigated for their crimes. This would include ICE, CBP and DHS agents.

My first job out of college was coaching boxing/rugby as part of a gun violence prevention program. There was good evidence that the most dangerous time for teens was between when school ended and when parents got home from work. So providing free sports in the 3-5 time window reduced gun violence

As someone who got their driver's license as a Fully Grown Adult, both the best time and worst time to get your license really was when it was initially an option as a teen, because you are guaranteed to be a shit driver but you are way too immortal to worry about how dangerous an activity it is
