I've been doing Couch25K too (David Didau has a lot to answer for...), but on a treadmill. I'm only just into the longer runs but I find I can do 4mph almost forever but 5mph still only for short bursts.

passed a big weight milestone yesterday, I’m now under 15 stone (210 lb) for the first time in 9 years. Lost just over 30 lb in the last few months. About to step away from the Maunjaro in the next few weeks, then I’ll be building my strength back up and maybe attempting to do Couch25K.

I think I'd like to be a scam consultant. If this is the state of the art, I really think we can push the envelope here. Hinge for poltergeists. Couch25K optimised for your star sign. Holistic accountancy. Sky's the limit.

Do something small but do it regularly. Anything you can manage to do regularly. As you do it, you can expand it. I learned this from Couch25k app, which got me from never running to running up to 10k. Just do the thing regularly, and add to it over time. Interval training is fabulous, start small

I run a linear, there and back again, route for #couch25k and my free dopamine tip is to offer high fives to people coming in the other direction.
