The only people that support zoos/aquariums are those that either have a vested interest in them, have friends or family with a vested interest in them, or just enjoy going to them and are oblivious to the animals’ suffering. Close them all! Rewild or sancuary for the animals!

Having a list of “worst zoos” is kind like having a list of “worst pieces of 💩”. Unless you’re in a stoner movie talking about weed there’s no such thing as “good 💩” and the same holds true for zoos. Wild animals don’t belong in captivity.

If you care about animals, don’t fund their captivity. Don’t let your kids grow up thinking zoos are normal. Don’t accept the idea that exploitation is justified if it’s “for the species.” No other justice movement allows that logic. Neither should ours.

This is true not just for elephants, but ALL animals! Non-human animals aren’t here for the entertainment of humans or to satisfy their curiosity. We need to stop killing them, encroaching on their habitats, and imprisoning them. This goes for both land and aquatic animals.

Instead of ‘dragging the sector forward’ it should be dragged to the dustbin of history as one of humanity’s enormously immoral ideas. Rewild any animals that can survive in the wild and let the rest live out their lives in sanctuaries away from humans.

Do not support captivity, Orcas, Dolphins and Whales do not belong in tanks , they should be wild and free. An artificial environment will never compare to the ocean.

Many are not born into captivity they are wild caught , stolen from the ocean
