Wasn't gonna post this as I thought it's probably not the most impressive in the grand scheme of fitness.
But then I thought
It's my own growth and I'm proud of it ✨️
Last month, I could barely get up 50 floors in 15 minutes on the stair master.
Now I can do 140 floors and go for half an hour 🦌
But then I thought
