The White House announced it would repeal on Thursday the 2009 "endangerment finding" that underpinned U.S. greenhouse-gas regulations, removing the legal basis for CO2 limits.

I know you already guessed it but it is still shocking. Repealing the endangerment finding violates Us law but also breaches the US’ international obligations under the UNFCCC and in customary international law.

I know you already guessed it but it is still shocking. Repealing the endangerment finding violates Us law but also breaches the US’ international obligations under the UNFCCC and in customary international law.
