Trump: "Russia wants to see Ukraine succeed. It sounds a little strange but President Putin was very generous in his feeling toward Ukraine succeeding, including supplying energy, electricity and other things at very low prices."

I applaud Trump for trying to end this war. But right now we’re seeing plenty of concessions from Kyiv, and few from Moscow. History teaches us a hard truth: when aggression is rewarded, it doesn’t stop. If we stay on this course in 2026, Putin will keep asking for more @pbsnews.org

Zelenskyy calls Russia’s claim of a strike on one of Putin’s residences a “complete fabrication,” a lie designed to sabotage diplomacy, justify more attacks on Kyiv, and excuse Moscow’s refusal to end the war. He warns the world must not stay silent as Russia tries to derail peace.

Observations on Trump on Russia-Ukraine:
1. Trump must be seen as an ally of Russia & not of Ukraine, which should be stated in all comments. Why?
2. Trump asked both Russia & Ukraine to opt for ceasefire. Ukraine complies, Russia did not. Trump scolded UKraine. /1

Trump on a report that Ukraine tried to strike Putin's residence: "I don't like it. It's not good. I heard about it this morning. You know who told me about it? President Putin told me about it ... I was very angry about it."

12. Each time Trump meets Zelensky, he calls Putin first for instructions & afterwards to report his results. That is how an Putin asset behaves.
13. Needless to say, the persistent liar Trump is not saying a true word about the Russia-Ukraine war. /7

3. Ukraine has made far too many concessions, while Putin has made none. Trump pressurizes Ukraine & praises Putin.
4. Trump has abandoned all elementary universal values, such as democracy, freedom of speech, rule of law & anti-corruption, accepting Putin's. /2

Trump: “Russia wants Ukraine to succeed.” Anybody who says with a straight face can’t be a mediator for peace. The only way Russia wants Ukraine to succeed is by making Ukraine part of Russia. That’s what this war is about. youtu.be/yBU91X-CQ9s?...
