We'll prepare and we'll go, and we'll do our best
We'll put 'em under pressure (Ooh ahh! Ooh ahh!)
The game is about being effective
Being aggressive winning the ball
Getting on with the play
We'll put 'em under pressure

You might like this.

Outside my bedroom door.

Where Mrs D is from.
Where I’m from.
And in the middle, where we live now.

We’ve fallen a Looong way from the great days of May, generating 60kWh.

Not unusual to be 90% less this month.

Combined with the heating and other electricity use being higher.

I’ve was always curious about the cover of Making Movies.

It was only when I got it on vinyl that I realised the inner sleeve matches the illustration on the cover.

Long after vinyl finally dies that album art will be around.

Turns out Google’s AI is wrong.

The song wasn’t on the original soundtrack.

Spotify. Wikipedia. Agree.

I had to dig out the tape from 1987 to be sure.

This world where history is recorded electronically and can be edited is scary.

If I didn’t have the original tape I wouldn’t know.

There are currently 4 living Irish Presidents. More than there have ever been.

40% of all of Ireland’s presidents are currently alive.

This is a really unique photograph.

If you're a professional footballer, who's had a long successful career. If you've earned enough money to live a thousand lifetimes without ever working again.

And you decide to make ads for a betting company.

Then you're an asshole.

Was listening to a podcast last week and it was like he was talking about these 12 and 13year olds.

There literally is one who can play everyone’s instruments better than they can themselves.

Dear game designers especially educational game designers. This XP bullshit is just an extra thing I have to click Over and Over again. Often with annoying time wasting animations.

I’m pretty sure these clicks and animations show up as engagement.

They’re NOT.

The road I drive to work in the mornings.

Accidents are common.

Fixing a puncture in the fast lane.

That’s a new one.

I’ve seen a few initiatives in new house building that are going to be horrendous in the future.

From people not owning their own driveways to this.

I can’t stress this enough, talk to your solicitor before you buy.

They won’t tell you not to but they will tell you what you’re getting into.

I wonder what happens a few years after the banks solicitors and estate agents all cut corners and get sloppy while fuelling an epic property bubble.

Oh yeah.

This.

New belt, new stylus, and my favourite track from the first Beatles Album.

They gave the vocals to George because they thought it would be easy and he supposedly wasn’t a good singer.

It’s one of my favourite vocals ever.

RIP George.
Criminally held back by being a Beatle.

Huge turnout in Portlaoise on Sunday for the Indoor Classic Car Show in the Multi-Story car park. Much bigger collection and range of cars than I've seen at any other show.

Mrs D's Mini looking well among the others.

Have a working computer and I'm creating assembly tokens for the instruction codes.

Mind blowing stuff.
So simple.
