I have been informed there is a playoff scenario where the Falcons win tonight and beat NO next week, Carolina wins the division even if they lose to the Bucs, because it'll be a 3-way tie at 8-9 and the Panthers would own the SoS.

We put Shepard down this morning. His heart murmurs and growths had us reading the writing on the wall, and rather than pushing it out further we decided to instead give him some awesome last couple months. He was 13.5 years old.

300lbs for a deadlift. My max is 350lbs, but considering I hadn't lifted consistently for well over 5 years, this became a "FUCK YEAH" moment.
