I wonder if the next 6 months will just be carrying multiple $20/mo subscriptions to vibe code rather than pay API pricing.
At the end of the day, all of these tools boil down to Claude. Just give me tiers in $20 increments on a single tool and I’m sold!

I’m all for progressive ideas. I actively vote for them. However, there needs to be a balance or there are far worse economic implications with bad policy. Notice how there are no new major businesses popping up in Portland these days or influx of new residents.

AI coding (or “vibe coding”) is pretty cool but you better know how to debug that thing. It’s great to have a full project generated from scratch, but it’s still not a panacea with day 2 coding.

Non-traditional answer as to why people use ChatGPT: there are no ads, just answers. Seriously, the ads on some sites have gotten so out of control that that I know an LLM will likely give me *an* answer with far less visual distraction.
