GRUMPY bipolar thread. Self-diagnosis can be useful and in my experience sometimes correct, but c’mon y’all. As with many conditions like OCD, ASD and ADHD etc, there’s bipolar and then there’s *bipolar*. Using that term for anything else undermines its credibility for those at serious risk.
