Where's the outrage? Don't let Johnson get away with this. This is a scary precedent. This is an undemocratic move that denies her constituents representation. Johnson (and Trump) simply don't want that additional Dem vote. And we should demand it happens NOW. #SwearInGrijalvaNow #RespectTheVoters

Unlike ICE, CBP has a union. But the President can strip unions from any Fed agency they deem important to national security.
If, as just happened, that can eliminate the Fed prison guard union, then it can DEF happen to CBP.
