So they didn’t like the ad. Let’s just post Reagan’s 5 min speech against tariffs as it appears on YouTube.

Over and over. On all platforms (some of y’all are still on X).

*1981 Sherrilyn horrified by 2025 Sherrilyn saying “let’s post Reagan’s speech.”

This goes for all drivers, but most specifically EVO drivers? With the fleet of Prius? Priuii? Priuses?

TURN YOUR HEADLIGHTS TO AUTO/ON

you’re all darkwads at night by default. You’ve got running lights in the front, but you’ve got nothing in the back to show “Oh hey, there’s a black car there.”

True. Micheal was really really hard to watch those first couple of seasons. Then the writing started to humanize him until you found yourself rooting for him to be a better person, like watching a squirrel trying to cross the road.

Talk about The Wire, Sopranos, Game of Thrones all you want, but the greatest US television program ever made is Sesame Street. It's not even close. 50+ years of treating kids across class, ethnicity, religion not as mini-consumers...but as citizens with a stake in this world.

Not really an overstatement to say that the test of a free society is whether or not comedians can make fun of the country's leader on TV without repurcussions.

🌲 Today’s haiku:

branches twist and bow –
sunlight dances on thick moss,
stone watches it all.

If I tight I had a place in my apartment for it, I would have picked this up. Vancouver, Value Village. I think it was $24.99?

Why did cats hang out with humans BEFORE we invented cans and can openers? How did they know we had things they wanted to eat before we started canning stuff? Did cats come running when we opened clay pots of things? Wicker baskets of stuff? Cats’re just hard-wired for “Ooh, a can! That means FOOD!”
