IN THE MOUTH OF MADNESS (1994) is my favorite Horror movie, bar none. I think it is John Carpenter’s scariest movie. I like the meta-ness of it. The Lovecraftian cosmic horror. The setting in the world of books and publishing. And of course, the long, unnerving look at the nature of reality.

Yeah no the Jesse Frannie situation in The stand early on is bugging me a little, maybe i need to see more of jesse to judge but man I think Frannie is kind of mean to him ngl, he seem like not a bad man ejough for me to cheer for her not give him a chance to be a dad
