You have to read this. Firsthand affidavit from one of the women who was there and recording the video. She talks about how Alex Pretti was directing traffic when she arrived. She watched him be killed in front of her. She's afraid to go home, worried she'll be arrested.

ICE killing #AlexPretti should remind you of police killing #PhilandoCastille. Both men had concealed weapon permits, did not draw their guns, & were killed in Minn. These homicides are the price of unaccountable policing. These deaths are variations on the same fatal theme.

Remember the copaganda cycle. There’s no reason to believe an observer was armed. And if they were, being armed with a permit is not a crime.
1) Doesn’t say he was wielding it, just that he had it.
2) Doesn’t match the video anyway.
3) DHS has lied in exactly this way after shooting someone before.

Update: this 5 year old and his Dad - WHO WERE IN THE US LEGALLY and had committed no crimes - are in detention in Texas.

Near Lyndale and 24th Ave in Minneapolis tonight, feds have reportedly shot another person.
Preliminary info is shaky for now, hearing two people injured.

Every time an ordinary person becomes the center of some huge news story, the media digs through their entire life to find any bit of information that they can tie to the story, no matter how tenuously, but even by those standards "a school board linked to some documents" is pathetic.
The woman killed by an ICE agent in Minneapolis last week served on the board of her son’s school, which linked to documents encouraging parents to monitor ICE and directing them to training. https://cnn.it/49yoNEa
