Maybe people care more about a forced starvation of a people that is fully funded by either their government or a government their government regularly interacts with? JFC with these ghouls.

In case you needed another example of how this admin is just about White Supremacy, they see a genocide in South Africa only against White Farmers, but no genocide in Gaza.

Hispanic male goes to Home Deport to get wood for a project. ICE sees him and approach. Man sees people in masks approaching him, starts to walk away. He is then "detained" physically by ICE agents. Hispanic man shows his ID, ICE says its a fake, off to ICE detention he goes.
Feel safer now?
Homan: "People need to understand ICE officers and Border Patrol don't need probable cause to walk up to somebody, briefly detain them, and question them ... based on their physical appearance."

Just a handy dandy reminder, DHS law enforcement (ICE, CBP, etc.) has the lowest standard of entry of all federal law enforcement. Thats right, Trump's new secret police are the people who couldn't make it in to the FBI.
With this vote, Congress makes ICE the highest-funded federal law enforcement agency in history, with more money per year at its disposal over the next four years than the budgets of the FBI, DEA, ATF, US Marshals, and Bureau of Prisons combined.
🚨🚨 NEW: House passes sprawling domestic policy bill, sending it to Trump's desk

Final House vote is 218-214, with TWO Rs voting no (Massie & Fitzpatrick).

Senate passed it 51-50.

BREAKING: A federal judge says Donald Trump's crackdown on aslyum for those crossing the southern border exceeded his legal authority and must be halted.

He grants sweeping class protection.

So brave. Call of Duty rejects taking on a woman and 2 children.
Federal agents used explosives to enter a U.S. citizen’s home and entered — guns drawn — on a baby, a 6-year-old, and their mother. She believes it’s because her boyfriend attended an ICE protest where he accidentally hit a cop car (and was released by cops).

But don't call them the gestapo or something.
A brave 20 year old US citizen that stood up to ICE, Adrian Andrew Martinez, disappeared by the regime. His family currently unable to find him after being kidnapped by regime troopers.

His mother: "I have no idea where he's at. I don't know if he's okay. I'm really worried right now." #StopICE

Over the past few days downtown LA has hosted Summer Games Fest and the BET Awards that had thousands off attendees with no delays or issues. "Entire city is burning" is bullshit.
The disparity btwn what’s actually happening in Los Angeles and the way it’s being mischaracterized is one of the biggest stress tests of modern media in recent memory. Botted socials, AI, old clips, declining literacy—it’s like seeing a broken emergency response system hit by a storm.

There’s been a lot written about the reactionary backlash to the 2020 protests but not enough about how much of Trump’s current shtick is driven by that night he got scared and had to hide in the basement.

So after an entire weekend of protests in LA, what the Trump admin has dubbed "insurrection", has resulted in 135 less officers injured than those injured on Jan 6th during Trump's insurrection.

The agent who handcuffed a congressional aide is William Krejci of Keasbey, New Jersey, DHS Area Commander. His social media is locked down pretty tight but a Yelp account tied to the same email address he used for LinkedIn shows a face and forearm tattoo that matches the video.

DHS wanted to keep them in Sudan, judge gave it to them. The idea that these people should be in the US, as he ordered, became the backup. He bought every line DHS sold him. Reword and obvious order, make sure everyone knows it now b/c no one did b4?
Also if you're going to repost, turn on replies.
No, the judge did not give them what they wanted. They wanted to dump these guys in a foreign prison this morning. Instead, they get reasonable fear interviews and 15 days to seek further review, which isn't a lot, but it's a lot more than they were getting. And that's just remedy, not contempt yet.
Folks, the fact or the matter is that courts continue to treat the Ttump admin with good faith. The admin very plainly violated Judge Murphys orders and he still gave them what they wanted. We're screwed.

The language "no Defendant may avoid their duty to follow the Preliminary Injunctions by involving or ceding responsibility to any other person" would have been unnecessary and, really, unthinkable four months ago.

The presumption of regularity and good faith is gone.
NEW: Judge Murphy clarifies his injunction, mandating a minimum of 10 days to raise a fear-based claim after written notice in a language the non-citizen understands. If DHS doubts a claim of reasonable fear, the non-citizen gets 15 days to dispute. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
