45 years ago, Jose Francisco Garcia Rodriguez fled Cuba on a ship provided by the US for people seeking refuge from the Cuban government.

While on his way to work, the 73-year-old grandfather was picked up by ICE agents near his home in Lafayette, LA. He’s being held in an ICE processing center.
