Received an email from BCBS. Our rates are going up 18% next year. In the year of rising costs at a job where sales are my direct focus, I can’t afford this.

Watched a really cool German film from 1990, The Nasty Girl. it's a partly fictionalized story of a real young woman who grew up post-war in a town that insisted they'd avoided any complicity in Nazi war crimes. As a school project she sets to busting that myth and winds up a pariah.
