Just a reminder: If it’s always everybody else’s fault, if you don’t have anything to own or take responsibility for EVER—chances are self delusion and betrayal are present.

Cause everybody done put somethin in the pot fam.
Pull that spoon back and taste some of the mess you’ve made.

This whole political moment has been depressing and disheartening on a soul level. Like we been on this planet as humans hundreds of years and these fools are the best yall could come up with? It’s embarrassing. I’ll take any win no matter how small!

And out of the foolishness and mess, a moment of magic and hope arises. ❤️‍🔥

This is not just a win for NYC, it’s a win for progressive work everywhere!!!!

Please send prayers up for Brandy. I am in Chicago at the concert and it ended abruptly after Monica came out In tears asking us to lift brandy up. People were leaving in shock. Nothing confirmed but some are saying she passed out. They didn’t even finish the show

Last but not least- everything is not about winning or losing. Ask instead; what is the opportunity to listen& release here? What am I defending against in myself from having to feel? The way to heal the pain is to feel it. The only way is through. All the projections are just distractions.

Everyone I am speaking to is dealing with more folks who are struggling with self accountability and discernment. It’s directly linked to the energy of the moment and the hyper vigilance we all are experiencing with the powers that be.

Sometimes saying the “No” is necessary.

But that doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt.

There are few things more difficult than having to make a boundary when the behaviors of people you care about are creating hostility and chaos from their trauma responses and survival strategies.

Protect Trans youth. Period.

Trans and nonbinary young people deserve safety, joy, and futures full of possibility—not policies rooted in fear and control.

Whether it’s at school, at home, or in the community—we all have a role to play in making sure Trans youth are seen, supported and protected.
