@12.shsbs.xyz didn't you get perfect taito f3 picture with just a $30 GBS8200 and a 10k resistor
Taito F3 can be a right bastard irrespective of what TV you have. At best you'll need a TV / old CRT monitor that lets you resize &/or move the image. At worst you'll need a Retrotink or similar just to get an image which might still be off-centre / have weird borders / bits off-screen
