I will never understand why they replaced community submitted subtitles for this nonsense
Real human people were happy and willing to make subtitles in a variety of languages for free, and the creator had full control of what submissions were used

It finally happened. I finally ran into a Youtube video with that awful auto-dubbing feature turned on.
The video is an interview and it's... not even watchable now. Like the auto-dubbing is just saying random nonsensical words. 😭
Why did they ever think this was a good feature to implement?

i know for twitter ppl used to big numbers and engagement, it can be shocking to use bsky (or maybe not esp since twitter's algorithm has just worsened over time lmfao)

Heads up to artists still using Twitter- Twitter is now adding an "Edit image" button under all images posted on the site that allows everyone to feed it into genAI and modify it as they wish with a prompt

For further context twitter added a button that allows users to generate ai images using existing art posts from artists. It removes glaze and it basically reskins the artwork by using the existing work as a base. Twitter is no longer a safe space for art

Lately I've been feeling so deeply exhausted about how every single creative person is wasting so much time thinking about and arguing about how this useless dogshit doesn't work and can never work; so I gotta say, seeing players overwhelmingly understand that too makes me SO happy and encouraged
