Rodney Taylor, the disabled double amputee snatched by ICE in March, is still being detained.

He’s been denied his new prosthetic legs.

Placed in solitary confinement.

Denied adequate medical care.

He needs us to make noise:

More than ever, mutual aid mutually frees us.

Please share. It’s still about survival in Palestine. I’m here every hour for seven friends in Gaza: six families & a displacement camp of fifteen more. You’ve helped them survive—a dollar or a share, it DOES make a difference.

My current personal safety habit I want to improve is my #covid19 masking and air filtration safer practices. I’ve had the additional variables of living in a state of travel and living in a very hot and humid climate to navigate, however my current location has a much lower level of hostility to m.

Things that I learned as a green 25-29 y/o organizer during 2020-2024 that I want to share so hopefully the lessons and missteps can be learned from to hopefully provide some additional insight on how to meet the current moment.

It seems that no matter where you go, knowledge of the 5 elements of that place are incredibly important. Water, air/wind, earth/wood, fire/sun, space/metal.

Previously: annual+ flooding
New water event: historic tsunami and currently earthquake activity in same area as last devastating tsunami.

It would be easier
were this truly
the end of the world,
for in that case
you would be free
to do nothing.

But this is not
the end of the world,
just the end of the world
as you knew it,
and so in this case
you are obligated
to do something.

This is what I constantly think about and feel called to.
If we don't address ventilation and airborne spread systemically, a future disastrous respiratory pandemic is all but guaranteed.

View from the top of the ridgeline for our first transition spot. The pace for this tour was wonderful, there was no rush, and the route down was steep enough (35-45 degree slope) that I had to trust in my ability and commit! The powder floats as if weightless.
