OP is right because for real Democrats seem to like insisting that the blatant facism we are witnessing with ICE is a distraction, just like Dems did during the police brutality towards both BLM and pro pal / anti genocide protesters.
If you're a Democratic elected official who is insisting that law enforcement attacking civilians in L.A. is a "distraction" and we shouldn't take the bait, I'm going to briefly assume you're saying that in good faith and ask you this in response:
