every way they can think of. more clothes, big piles of blankets, fireplaces or campfires, lots of hot soup and drinks, snuggling with other people or creatures, staying indoors as much as possible, and grumbling through the entire winter

I made this as a canon aiming glam for xeph's early ARR days, when they spend much of their time as an archer. but when they pick up their scythe I don't necessarily see them changing outfits at the same time, so I have to cheat a little...

xeph would be very resistant to therapy for a long time... first insisting they can deal with it themself, then when they end up going they'd resist being helped. but they do talk about their problems fairly openly around people they know, and eventually they'd make progress.

xeph is really good at self-destructive behaviour when upset, including refusing to accept help or comfort. but if you can break through that wall, what they really need is a big long hug and someone to vent to. just being able to talk it out helps them more than they know.
