"How Are You?" Another week survived is another week won. I see the sacred in leaves turning from green to gold. November is a melancholy animal, glad of another season where it gets to hibernate. The world is still burning but we are trying harder to douse the flames these days, I recognise this as the shape of hope. I want to call everyone I love and tell them I love them. I am learning to act on that impulse instead of deferring it till a tomorrow that was never promised. I have finally understood that the poem doesn't always live in the wound. the way he worded this makes me think, what if namjoon is also saying this to bangtan: "don't worry about what's out there. stay focused on ARMY." or that maybe this is what bangtan discusses among themselves too, and namjoon is carrying that message to us on their behalf. it makes it more powerful.

my artwork to celebrate namgi's 15 years of knowing each other. yoongi and namjoon stand in a record store. namjoon has paused as he reaches out to browse to instead shine a smile down at yoongi, who is gazing tenderly at an orange LP he is holding. the LP cover is orange, says '15 years', with an illustration of a cat and dog. the artists' names are 'runch randa and gloss' as a nod to their pre-debut times. namjoon is wearing a baggy light blue jumper, with 'RESPECT' written across the chest. he has a brown bag handing off his shoulder. he has one hand on yoongi's shoulder. yoongi is wearing a dark grey-blue hoodie with a cat doodle on it, and a dark blue backwards ballcap. behind them is a wall with various records on, including all the LPs released by the members, as well as those of namgi's musical influences. in front of them is a waist-high shelf with 'bangtan records' written on it. more LPs are stacked there, with yoongi's d-day and namjoon's indigo at the front. the inspiration behind this was all about their love of music, which was their very first bond, especially as their taste was so similar back then. music is one of their love languages.
