The blazers are playing incredible basketball right now but for what exactly? We need to embrace the youth and make some moves at the deadline. It’s too good of a draft class in the top 4 to miss out on one of those players.

There are obviously multi-layered issues with the Jets, but Joe Douglas was given as great a shot you can ask for as a GM

Pre-MNF the Chargers offense ranks 16th in EPA/play and 16th in success rate for week 11.
They are 15th and 28th on the regular season. Still need to string together some more consistent showings but certainly an improving unit.

The Poona Ford career resurgence needs to be studied. How did he not get on the field with the Buffalo Bills? Joe Hortiz of the Chargers needs to be up for executive of the year.
With Justin Herbert getting more healthy the Chargers are slowly starting to improve week by week. Knock on wood, but this stretch of games for them are the toughest of the season and the perfect time to get healthy.
The Commanders' offense has really fallen off a cliff after the Jayden Daniels rib injury (playing the Steelers/Eagles doesn't help either)
