The idea of pack-hunting dinosaurs is funny. " A "smart" dinosaur still made an emu look like a genius. All of these archosaur groups were more like crocodiles than anything else. That's where group behavior comes in, or, rather, doesn't. They didn't have enough processing power to work together.

Already seeing the fights brewing about "Christmas tree" vs "Holiday tree."
Call it what you will. Focus on what it means to you. Celebrate with family and friends in the manner you choose.
Focus on what is good in the world, then foster that goodness in whatever way you can.

If any of my FB friends are here, I've apparently been banned and/or had my account suspended for...reasons? Something? Who knows?

Maybe I was making too much fun of a certain Orange Thing and its gaggle of incompetent criminal cronies.

Correct. He’s not capable of playing multidimensional chess. Or chess. Or checkers. Or tic-tac-toe. As one of his aides put it during Shit Show I, “he’s just eating the pieces” on the board.

Nothing he does is strategic. He’s purely guided by narcissistic, sociopathic impulses at all times.
Bingo. I keep telling people I know that there’s no grand plan here, or to anything he does. He’s not playing 4D chess. He’s a fascistic sociopath that seeks adoration and applause for everything he does, and he wants to be the focus of EVERYTHING.

It’s that simple, folks, don’t overthink it.

RPG campaign map I really need to finish. Geology based on large bolide impact event that formed the multi-ring basin on the east side of the map. Subsequent plate tectonics have warped the crater into an oval.

Yeah, I likes me some fantasy geology, I surely do...

Here's a post from another platform by Richard Adamski :

Anyone ever play a game with two DMs at the same time? Did it work well? Some DMs are good at evoking immersive worlds. Others are better with game rules. Thoughts?
