The curvature of that tiny planetoid limits the distance the PCs can observe around them. Time is also of the essence because the PCs wear spacesuits with limited breathable air. Happy trails!

Oh, well. I just handed over the Iron Queen manuscript to my editor. Sigh... I feel under-employed. The poster maps are done, but I want to collect the book's maps and save a set labeled for the DM and another, unlabeled and edited for players.

Someone outside this group posted the thought that thieves are assassins since they have the backstab ability by default. An assassin class early in the AD&D system offered slower advancement in exchange for combat-related benefits and a better chance to eliminate a target.
