Rsttlesnakes get a bad rap but they absolutely try to warn you to stay away from them. They just want to be alone, eat rats, and sunbathe.

Ladies. Please spread the word!

1) DO NOT USE any period tracking software or gadgets. They are being used for surveillance so can prosecute abortions (Thiel).

2) HB 7 in Texas: If you’re raped, get an abortion and your rapist finds out. He can now sue you for cash ⬇️

This is true.
The current GOP lie is that they’re going to replace Obamacare with something better.

Bullshit. In all of the majorities they’ve had since Obamacare passed, they’ve never once tried to replace it.

They’ve tried to repeal it a whole bunch, but never actually make it better.

🏥 Public health is being dismantled

If tonight’s election results taught me anything, it’s that people who understand these systems aren’t the ones in power.

We need more doctors, nurses & public health leaders to run for office — 2026, 2028, and beyond.

Good advice.
We just finished the amazing workshop with Marisa Renee Lee focusing on grief & chronic illness. At least 7 countries were represented & we had an amazing time together.

We touched on the importance of finding joy & taking care of ourselves in the workshop so I thought I would add this reminder!
