100%: I've said it before and I'll say it again. If you're a player and want better games - support the labor movement among developers! We need your to help put pressure on execs to treat us better and agree to bargain! Better-treated people make better things!
If gamers want more games like BG3 and TotK, here's the deal; developers need the stability of staying at a studio long-term. And right now, least in the U.S., that is not typically how the ecosystem works.
