1) Do... old voters believe that experience has a 1:1 correlation with political success?

Ignoring that there have been younger politicians at higher levels, political "experience" in the US, where different vested interests play ping pong regulatory capture, is not necessarily an asset.

Impeachment articles on this alone should be submitted overnight. California should refuse cooperating with the federal government on anything. The legislature should pass a broad anti-commandeering law. And every governor worth their salt should fly to California and pledge mutual assistance.
Just to be clear, Governor Newsom hasn't broken any laws. If this line is crossed, and the President has a sitting governor arrested, then the choice for Democratic leaders, senior military officers and federal employees becomes one of accepting dictatorship or taking drastic action.

No one really likes to work for a lush, even a kind-hearted one. REALLY no one wants work for a mean, erratic drunk.
“Top Defense Department jobs, including the defense secretary’s chief of staff, are normally considered prestigious and typically attract multiple qualified candidates. But at least three people have already turned down potential roles under Hegseth.”

At least three people have turned down potential roles working for the defense secretary and former Fox News host. Supporters say his leadership has been effective.

On Tuesday night I was barred from entering Georgia, my home for the last three years. Official reasons were given as “other,” but from the circumstances of my departure in April it’s clear the refusal is directly tied to my work covering the country as a journalist. 1/

Brian Eno Calls On Microsoft To Cease Partnership With Israel, Will Donate Windows ‘95 Chime Fee To Victims In Gaza

From a human perspective this micropaid AI future is already terrible, but the idea of putting it on top of crypto from a technical standpoint also is insane. The most inflated figures have blockchain tx/s in the 5000s/sec range. Imagine now globally you have tens of thousands of calls/sec so your

I wasn't a huge Warren fan but she's like the only fucking Dem left in the Senate who gives a rip about consumer protection, while the Republicans are just actively trying to rip off investors

Don't worry, we actually know that the $2 billion was used to settle a Gulfi investment in a crypto exchange (Binance) that signed a $4 billion criminal settlement with the SEC just like 1.5 years ago for money laundering and sanctions violations.
We know more about Biden's prostate than Trump's shady $2 Billion crypto scam.

The Dems who were against mostly just wanted safeguards against money laundering, corruption etc included in the bill. But little did they know that the crypto industry's strongest tactic is to frown at the senators they bought, point at the bill, and say "that makes us SAD ☹️"
Why the FUCK did SIXTEEN Democratic Senators just vote for Trump’s crypto-coin bill?!?!
