Been thinking about this — I'd love to see game award categories to allow multiple winners, with no set min but probably should have a max number.
With the sheer volume of games that come out each year, choosing a single winner for each category feels like it leaves so much on the table.

i think awards shows should limit games to one nomination per event so a greater variety of games can be highlighted

I feel like there's a potential future where Valve becomes the only "console" on the market, given how sticky it can be when players amass a sizable library on any single storefront.

It's crazy to watch Xbox fade out of the console game in real time. Owning a Series X right now is starting to feel very similar to owning a Dreamcast 🌀 back in the day. We just had our Sonic Adventure 2 on Gamecube moment with Halo being announced for PS5.
