I agree about Bruce Arthur. He's raising the red flags and trying to raise awareness.
It's alarming to me that people aren't absorbing the changes that are happening with our provincial and federal governments.
We point south but don't see the needle moving here as well.

Why? 95% of cameras (in Toronto) are in SCHOOL zones. The other 5% are in community SAFETY zones.
Surely, even his base doesn't want to kill their own kids or grandkids.

1. 95% of cameras are in SCHOOL zones, 5% in community SAFETY zones
2. # cameras doubled last yr (now 150) but tickets did NOT ie a deterrent, not a cash grab
3. TO is already using OTHER measures Ford touts
