Just signed up for a Covid vaccine and apparently now CVS doesn’t even let you get one unless you have a preexisting condition due to the new CDC guidelines.

One of the best things for me in capoeira is when something just clicks-a technique or idea I’ve practiced finally makes sense. I had that this week when last summer's work on contragolpes finally fell into place during an unrelated drill. Hope your games lately have had joy, community and malicia
