Section 10 covers monetary policy, mainly. This seems boring, but may open the door to the executive branch spending without congressional mandate, or to facilitate the cryptocurrency schemes that have been floated recently.

Section 9 covers the Writ of Habeas Corpus (allowing you to challenge your imprisonment/arrest), writs of attainder (prohibiting laws targeting a specific person/group for punishment w/out a trial), ex post facto law (punishment after a legal act), taxes on interstate commerce, and other things.
