eventually I will have read enough Octavia Butler novels that I will stop mentally calling her Olivia Block, the name of a Chicago avant garde composer
Another thing that's really interesting is making myself write every day, is Octavia Butler was right. She said that habit can work when waiting for inspiration doesn't.
