🤞 Not that I have any faith that SCOTUS will not pretzel their ruling to get outcome they want- legislate from the bench which ironically GOP use to accuse more liberal courts of-but I think it’s still worth while to chart new paths for when we do get power back & pressure our Reps to expand court.
