Look, I am extremely concerned about the economy. But when I hear pundits and pollsters say most people are unconcerned about a President of the United States and a bunch of super-rich pedos sexually abusing kids tells me, if true (which I doubt), everything that is wrong in this country.

The only reason to separate a young child from their parent rather than waiting until another trusted adult is available is if that parent poses an *immediate* risk to the health and safety of others or if they are having a medical emergency. Period.
