Hey! I’m Will, a guides writer at GamesRadar+!

Hopefully something of mine you’ve read has helped you out. I also occasionally write features and other things to get my very good video game opinions out into the world. If you disagree, you can 1v1 me on Rust

Also this is the first book I’ve finished in about 4 months because holy shit I dropped the ball. I feared this would happen much sooner in the year tbh and not having the motivation to read was actually a huge bummer but I’m glad I regained some momentum (thank you long train journeys). One to go!
9 - Considering I had heard the HH opening trilogy got worse as it went, I was surprised to find I enjoyed this more than book 2. Slightly dull start and it’s very “plot-y” but felt like a good conclusion for some characters.

Trying to play a bit of Black Ops 2 multiplayer after replaying the campaign and what kind of loser do you have to be to use blatant wallhack and aimbot for a game that’s 13 years old

consider my feedback: i loved working at @larianstudios.com until AI. reconsider and change your direction, like, yesterday. show your employees some respect. they are world-class & do not need AI assistance to come up with amazing ideas.

Waiting for there to inevitably be a bit of AI-generated placeholder text or art that slips through the cracks…
NEW: I spoke to Larian boss Swen Vincke about their ambitions for their new RPG Divinity, cutting down development time, pressures from Baldur's Gate 3, why BG3 wouldn't have happened without Tencent, how Larian uses generative AI, and much more www.bloomberg.com/news/newslet...

Marathon definitely has immense sauce but I think leaning on the competitive aspects of extraction shooters is a really risky decision, especially with Arc Raiders proving that friendliness is not only good but sometimes preferable

Before I (try to) vanish from social media for the holidays, I wanted to re-share my favorite story from 2025. I'd wanted to write this developer roundtable for years, and dozens of great devs gave it tons of life. I hope and plan to do more things like it.

Just finished my second go of Dispatch and, despite the fact it’s quite flawed (some flaws become really clear on subsequent playthrough), I think it’s great! Those characters are a lot of fun and I would love to see more of them in another season

EXCLUSIVE: So far it's been unclear what proof Rockstar Games has to justify its firing of 34 union members, who it claims were leaking "confidential information in a public forum".

PMG has now seen some of the messages which contributed to this decision being made.

Finally slapped a score on my Black Ops 7 review and got it all tidied up (thanks @mroscartk.bsky.social!) and the campaign is uhhh… certainly something.

I respect the attempt to make the weirdest Call of Duty possible with Black Ops 7, but it results in a campaign misfire and multiplayer that's hardly revolutionary
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is a highly ambitious FPS that delivers on its promise to be the biggest Black Ops ever, wearing its psy-op weirdness proudly, but is an uneven package overall.

A friend and I have been trying to play Redsec for 45 minutes and so far we’ve got into one game out of here without any issues. 1st game, a bug causes my friend to basically cease to exist before the game starts. 3rd game crashes as soon as the chopper drop starts. Modern gaming is great!!1!1!
