Been reading (kinda, like vicariously via my wife) the book Ultra-Processed People and it's INSANE how fucked our food supply is in this country.
I'm hardly surprised by anything anymore, but the degree to which a majority of our food has been supplanted by nutrition-less garbage is mind-blowing.

A month ago, I cut processed foods out of my diet. I have done no calorie counting, special diet or extra exercise, and I have lost 10 pounds.
