A quick sidenote about this; one reason I stay on X is specifically because of exchanges like this, where @davidjbier.bsky.social and I got a prominent government official to make a claim so outrageous that it’s now ricocheting around the internet and actively undermining official PR campaigns.
Bovino, the man overseeing mass deportations, publicly declared that we must all have our papers on us, at all times, or we could be stopped, harassed, kidnapped, and detained, as they did with the man in this case, who is a US citizen.

I recommend that the Trump family only have one home, with a maximum of six bedrooms and four bathrooms. I recommend they share one car for every three family members. I recommend Trump have only one golf course, bcz you can only golf on one at a time. Also they should DIVEST all their businesses.
