Elon Musk is not a Federal employee or a political appointee. DOGE is not a real department. None of their activities are legal. This is a coup. The Republicans in Congress are willing participants in it. At what point do Democrats in DC get that and start acting like it? It’s not the price of eggs!

If a 19-year-old Canadian who calls himself Big Balls marches into your federal agency and demands access to your system, telling him to fuck right off should be the mildest reaction you have.

While everyone is focused on the price of consumer goods going up because of the tariff, I'm thinking potash, used to grow everything you eat.

Canada supplies 80% of US potash imports, and it will drive up the cost of domestic food production.

Here's a fact most Americans don't know:
The Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO) is the largest purchaser of wine by dollar value in the world.
The LCBO has shut the flow of all American beer, wine, spirits.
We will drink "Freedom wines" from our allies and beer from our communities.

Trump hated TikTok (because China) until it helped him win an election (as even he acknowledges) and now he’s going to save it and take a victory lap. So he’ll have X, TikTok, Insta, and Facebook all working on his behalf. That’s a big difference between now and 2017.

Merrick Garland,

Drop the appeal to reinstate the indictments for Nauta and De Oliveira. The Trump DOJ will do it anyway.

Release both volumes of the Special Counsel report.

Do not become an unwitting accomplice in their efforts to suppress the truth.

Sincerely,

Sane America

I know we're all enamoured with this platform, but the one thing I appreciate is being able to scroll through replies again. I might not agree, but at least it's mostly coherent.

Not the 2-3 word replies, usually involving the suffix tard.

I respectfully ask Americans to stop saying that nobody is above the law. Those with enough money or power are the law.

Your founding fathers raised up a revolution over this.
