One of the more depressing aspects of assisting families who lost everything in the fires: there is so much great free stuff being given out right now which would be incredibly helpful if they had anywhere to put it. We are working to get storage companies to step up.

I get that mistakes happen, but misinformation during a state of emergency isn’t acceptable. Why are we all relying on a private 3rd party app? All the government resources are glitchy and won’t load. This is crazy.
