My head space is deeply affecting my ability to show up in life & show up for myself. I keep having to acknowledge internally some days I’m not able to fully show up for myself.

When the things are about to get heavier internally, it starts taking me longer to leave the house. Been up since 7am. Did a lot of cleaning, but still haven’t left. Farmers market ends in 40 minutes & I probably won’t make it 😩.

I spend a lot of time observing….my other Gemini’s bring things to my attention & consciousness and then we observe for an undisclosed amount of time. Could be weeks…could be months. But we need enough data to make whatever deductive reasoning they want to figure out up there.

I can see why people like Apex but it’s just not for me (I played a few times).
They did the same with Apex Legends 🥲…became a whole gamer in the pandemic for that game & got a Xbox
The way i feel like my COD and Tekken era is up is kinda sad. I don’t get excited anymore. They sucked the life outta call of duty 😞 #gamersky #ps5 #blackskygamers #ukgamer #blackgirlgamer

Sometimes I really be wanting to express. Then I remember it will probably be too heavy for the average person, too much for some, silence from others, no response ever cause they don’t know what to say & never figure it out. So we end up back in our head or in my poetry journals. 🌿

Sometimes it feels like you ask for time or a conversation. You wait the allotted time that’s more convenient for them. Follow up & it just continues to be a never ending thing with no date or time. That’s ok, I will step off the merry-go-round.
