I was never a big fan of NATO and saw the Russia/Ukraine war as somewhat of a US proxy war despite Russia throwing the first punch and me not liking Putin. That all changed the second Trump started threatening Canada. Trump and Putin are two pieces of shit alike.
Trump to a reporter who asks him about Russia breaking a ceasefire: "What if a bomb drops on your head right now ... Putin went through a hell of a lot with me. He went through a phony witch hunt."

David Frum doesn’t get to be the “nice” conservative after all of the shit he did in the early 2000’s.
David Frum has, more than nearly all other Canadians, done more to destroy Canada's sovereignty. He was one of the biggest pushers for free trade and for deep economic integration with the US. This guy has NOTHING CREDIBLE to say about US annexation, unless it's a mea culpa.
