Game-changer in AI. The Chinese have made a low-cost model that is on the level of OpenAI's GPT4o and o1 (‘chain of thought’). Anyone with a decent computer and a new smartphone can install this locally and use it without internet access? Data is not transferred anywhere. It's private AI.
