There's my center/right boss who put a whole ass new accessible door in a grandfathered building because he saw my mobility declining, and then there are 'progressive' assholes like this who would demand extensive medical documentation for education accommodations.
Balancing "no person with a disability should be denied accommodations" with "it's important to discourage non-disabled people from pretending to be disabled to take advantage of these accommodations" is really difficult and I don't have a great answer for what anyone should do about it.

I mean, my next door neighbor (no relation whatsoever) was Aunt Jean. For reference my multicultural heritage is exclusively several flavors of pasty European. Even we have Aunties.
